Hi, I'm Danny Rojas-Perez!

Realtor, wife, mom of two, and proud to call Moultrie home.

In 2020, my husband and I moved from Miami to Moultrie, Georgia, looking for a quieter place to raise our family. We didn't know much about the area when we arrived, but it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the town and its people. Within four months, we bought our first home, and we've been here ever since.

My real estate journey actually started before I became a Realtor. I found myself helping friends and family with everything from loan applications and house hunting to inspections and closing. Eventually, people kept telling me, "You should become a Realtor!" So I did.

Today, I'm a full-time Realtor with Lock & Key Realty, with four years of real estate experience and over 50 homes sold annually for the past two years. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Moultrie and South Georgia.

I also have years of hands-on experience renovating homes and working with investment properties. I enjoy understanding how houses are built, recognizing potential problems, and seeing the possibilities in a property. That experience has helped me guide my clients through decisions that go beyond just finding a house they like.

One thing I believe is that buying or selling a home shouldn't leave you feeling confused about what's happening. I like explaining things, going over the numbers, and making sure my clients understand their options so they can make decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, I'm a wife, a mom of two, and someone who loves God, photography, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family. I'm also bilingual, and I'm happy to help clients in English or Spanish.
